To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. ✨ Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. • No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for future appointments. • Late arrivals over 6 minutes may need to be rescheduled and are subject to a late-cancellation fee.
